The landlord appeals the decision granting rent reductions due to second-hand smoke coming into the tenant’s unit.

C. 311 - 11th Ave. U001-69R

Six tenants appeal the decision certifying capital improvement costs; two on the grounds of financial hardship.

The landlord appeals the decision granting decreased housing services claims only as to one of two units.
