The landlord appeals the decision
granting a claim of decreased housing services because the owner of
the property is improperly named as the landlord in the case, when the
landlord is actually the Master Lessor of the residential hotel.
B. 3459 Divisadero St. AT2K0206
The tenant appeals the decision determining
the current lawful rent for the unit.
C. 2000 Broadway #703 AL2K0207
The landlord appeals the decision granting
claims of unlawful rent increase pursuant to Costa-Hawkins and substantially
decreased housing services.

The tenant appeals the decision denying
a claim of unlawful rent increase because it was found that the tenant
