The landlord appeals the decision denying a claim of decreased housing
services but determining rent overpayments.
C. 1750 Hayes St. T001-74R
The tenant appeals the decision denying a claim of unlawful rent increase.

The landlord appeals the decision granting claims of unlawful rent increase
and decreased housing services due to the landlord’s failure to allow a
replacement roommate.
