The San Francisco Rent Board is moving to 25 Van Ness Avenue, Suite 700, San Francisco, CA 94102 on March 18, 2025.
The new location is in the same building, but now on the seventh floor.
Our office is open for drop-in services Monday to Friday from 9 am to 4 pm.
For covered units, the allowable rent increase effective March 1, 2025 through February 28, 2026 is 1.4%.
